The last spaceship (Ark) launches, bringing 300,000 people on board.Ī soldier (Corey Large as Lincoln) helps to bring a stowaway guy (Cody Kearsley as Noah), and his pregnant girlfriend on the ship, who is the daughter of the military leader (Thomas Jane as Admiral Kiernan Adams). Plot summary / SynopsisĮarth is getting uninhabitable, so they've built a a colony on another planet (New Earth). So, I can say that I'm mostly satisfied with the fulfilment of the promise. I also assume that they've probably reached the spaceship, and the story will be about their trip to the planet, or they arrive on the planet, and something will happen there.Įxecution: They've really reached the ship, and this story was really about their trip, and the movie ends with the possibility of watching what exciting adventures will happen after they've arrived. I assume the editing will be similarly bad in the rest of the movie. Then the scene suddenly ends, without us knowing whether they've achieved this or not. There's a pair who try to reach a spaceship, leaving Earth. If you prefer to avoid spoilers, it will make the movie less fun for you. If you prefer spoilers, it's a great trailer for the Breach film. The trailer is basically a substitute for watching the movie. The cover of the movie is okay, it doesn't reflect anything from the movie, but at least it doesn't spoil the story. Should you watch this on your own screen at home, or is it worth going to the cinema? If you are interested in futuristic action stories, it might be worth watching the Breach movie for the plot points, but reading the plot summary is probably enough. If you hate zombie movies, you might consider skipping this movie, as parts of the story look like zombie movies. If you prefer visuals over story, you should definitely avoid Breach. If you don't mind illogical elements in your movies, you can enjoy this. If you like horror or action thriller movies (Alien, Life, The Thing), you might like the film, although there are not many action scenes or scary scenes in the Breach movie. If you like futuristic thriller movies, you might like Breach. Image © Anti Life LLC Will you enjoy this? I'd probably watch it, hoping that the creators improved. I don't think anyone would be interested in watching Breach more than once.Ĭhance of watching a sequel: Average. Breach is a watchable film, with a weak plot.Įnjoyment: Weak (2- out of 3 points). I prefer stories with well-thought, logical plots, and Breach couldn't deliver that. The actors are okay.īreach is a boring futuristic survival thriller, I don't think even fans of the genre would enjoy it. We don't really get to know the characters, most of them are just there to fill space or act as casualty. The story is weak, and not very interesting. The Breach movie is about the crew of a spaceship trying to survive an alien intruder. I'm not sure if I've heard about this movie, or I just randomly ran into it, but seeing Bruce Willis and Thomas Jane as the stars of the movie, I thought I'd give it a try without watching the trailer. * * * Review (spoiler-free) - Breach, movie (2020)
